Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and creative WordPress Developer with 2–4 years of experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WordPress development, theme and plugin customization, website performance optimization, and responsive web design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Create and modify WordPress themes and plugins based on business requirements.
- Work with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and compatible across browsers and devices.
- Optimize website performance, loading speed, and overall functionality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and website errors.
- Integrate third-party plugins, APIs, and other website functionalities.
- Implement basic on-page SEO and website security best practices.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to deliver website requirements.
- Perform regular website updates, backups, and maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
- Good knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, plugins, and customization.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Experience with responsive web design and website optimization.
- Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor or similar tools.
- Understanding of website security, backups, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly website development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
